- 1 English Cucumber
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sesame Oil (I prefer Black Sesame Oil)
- 1 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- Thinly slice cucumber (skinned or not by personal preference) and place into a container.
- Mix sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, and ground pepper in a separate bowl.
- Pour over cucumbers, be sure all cucumbers are soaked.
- Refrigerate in a sealed container for at least 3 hours.
