Love eating rice with your food? Try brown rice, a healthier alternative to white rice. According to Healthiertalk, brown rice has 8 attributes making it healthy.

  2. When making rice at home I almost always use brown. I think it has a little more flavor than white, and pairs nicely with things like curry.
