Post-Gym Fruit Smoothie


Don’t we all feel like we could eat a horse after a good workout? Well, to cut the carbs, quench your thirst, and still feel full – have a blend of fruit and yogurt!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt (flavored or plain)
  • 1 cup of mixed fruits (berries, pineapple, bananas)

Directions:

  1. Blend fruits and yogurt together for about 20 seconds.
  2. Savor

*If the blend is too thick, try adding some Kefir.
