Oatmeal Flax Seed


While oatmeal is high in fiber and helps lower cholesterol, Flax seed (oil or powder) contains a high dosage of Omega-3 Fatty Acids. A healthy breakfast is only minutes away!

Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of oatmeal
  • 1 Tsp of flax seed (powder)
  • 1 cup of water or milk

Directions:

  1.  cook oatmeal in pot with a cup of water or milk
  2. mix in a tsp of flax seed powder when oatmeal begins to soften
  3. add garnishes
