This recipe looks fabulous….I have a question though, after reading that you are located in Riverside California, which by the way is the general area I am from, why did you guys use grams in your recipe? I’m lucky because I have a conversion cheat sheet, thanks to the incredible Julia Child’s but without it I wouldn’t be able to make this recipe, and that would be a shame because it just looks wonderful.
I actually found this recipe (citations are at the bottom) from a Russian blog! I used a conversion table I found online and currently am baking my Clafoutis in the oven!
Thanks for the replying. Good luck with yours and I can’t wait to try the recipe.
This sounds so good! I once made a cherry clafoutis that was pretty good, but this recipe sounds so much better! I had one question though. In your directions, #2 says to warm the honey and pour it berries. Is that supposed to read, “pour in berries?” Thanks for the recipe!
Yes thanks, Must fix typo!
